Yoga works in a two -pronged manner; Yoga generates and assimilates the life energy. Then Yoga prolongs youth by slowing down the ageing processes. The body becomes light and resilient. There is better neuromuscular co-ordination and metabolic efficiency. The senses work better as well.
            Yoga is the panacea for innumerable diseases. Yoga can also provide mental stability. Yoga can further fortify your body.
             Yoga tones up your nervous lymphatic system, including the respiratory and other muscles.  Above all Yoga cleans the respiratory passage of all impurities. You will be able to better your blood circulation. You will be able to make your endocrine glands and reproductive system function at their peak and keep the vital organs vigorous and efficient. Yoga unites the Individual Self (Jiva) with the Universal Self (Brahma). Infact the Jiva is just a microcosmic reflection of the "Brahma". The term "Yoga" has its root in Sanskrit. It means union; therefore Yoga helps an individual to achieve the ultimate goal in human life. Infact all our activities are targetted towards the realisation of supreme mission.
            Simply follow the guidelines. Kindly spare at least 30 minutes daily in the morning before the air pollution and dedicatedly do the exercises for at least a month. The serious students will master the yoga art in less than 30 days.
